My aerial practice began with climbing trees as a child.
I enjoyed the puzzle of climbing: factoring in risk vs. reward. I would take the time to consider the strength of each branch, distributing my weight amongst limbs.
Climbing trees translated well into the worlds of rock-climbing and aerial arts.
I took my first pole classes in 2016, and began studying aerial hoop and fabrics in 2017.
I now teach classes for people of all ages at the Fraser Valley Rec in Grand County, CO. My favorite thing about teaching is finding creative ways to explain complicated movements. This becomes is its own kind of puzzle.
In addition to teaching, I live for the thrill of aerial performance.
This website is a collection of memories made through aerial art.
